Pet Policy
At Jameson, four-legged family members are right at home—romp off-leash at our leash-free dog park, then relax in select apartments featuring fenced yards or private patios. From open layouts to easy community comforts, there's room for everyone to settle in and stretch out.
Dogs & Cats Welcome
We happily accept cats and dogs, up to 2 per home, with no weight limit. We have a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $400 per pet, with a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Breed restrictions may apply.
